Gordon Food Service Announces Acquisition of Halperns’ Steak and Seafood Company

Gordon Food Service today announced that it has acquired Halperns’ Steak and Seafood Company, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Founded in 2005, Halperns’ has quickly grown to become a leading specialty distributor of high-quality meats and seafood. The company currently operates four production and distribution facilities, which are located in Atlanta, Baltimore, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale. With a strong and established presence in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic areas of the United States, the company serves a variety of independent and national chain customers across much of the East Coast and beyond.
